Get ready for another incredibly tense week in Walford! From shocking kidnappings to near-misses at the car lot, the drama in Albert Square is reaching fever pitch! Who needs the football or the tennis?

The locals are understandably intrigued to see a police cordon outside No. 18, but the distraction allows Honey and Nicola to sneak off unnoticed to see Billy. Knowing that only Bea can clear her husband’s name, Honey decides to take matters into her own hands. She tries to draw Bea out of hiding by arranging a vigil to be broadcast online. The plan seemingly works when she spots Bea watching from afar, but when Honey tries to confront her supposed friend, a struggle ensues.

Honey ends up unconscious and is dragged into Bea’s car. When she finally wakes up, she finds herself locked in a remote cottage with Bea, who ominously insists they need to sort things out. Back in Walford, Billy fears the absolute worst when Honey’s smashed phone is discovered in a bush. It is now up to an expert search party made up of Nicola, Suki, and Linda to track down the missing wife before it is too late.

Elsewhere, back on the Square, Cindy Beale has a cheek! Even though she is the last person who should be criticizing anyone else’s parenting, Cindy is less than impressed when she witnesses Priya clashing with Avani. Max decides to stick up for Priya by pointing out everything else that has been going on with Ravi, but his defence backfires. Rather than being grateful, Priya is highly annoyed that Max is discussing her private business.

However, that irritation doesn’t stop her from meeting Max again at the car lot, where he once again gives into temptation. Their illicit moment is abruptly interrupted by the arrival of Cindy and Lauren, forcing a panicked Priya to hide in the boot of a car. In a hilarious and stressful twist, Lauren then gets into that exact car and drives away! Meanwhile, inspired by a conversation with Will, Avani decides to send a message to Ravi, telling him that she wants to see him for her birthday…

Meanwhile, the guilt is starting to weigh heavily on Kim as she keeps Sheila‘s presence on the Square a secret from Denise. Kim begins to seriously question exactly what Gray‘s grandmother is really up to. However, Sheila manages to prove her worth and earns access to Jordan when she reveals a crucial piece of information: she overheard Ian discussing his defence strategy over in Knight Fusion…

Finally, others are having a tough time of it as well! Eve is struggling to bond with Ria, who seems to be much more drawn towards Suki. Meanwhile, Kojo is on a mission for love and asks Harry and Gina to help him in his search for a girlfriend. Finally, Denzel is doing his absolute best to support Amy, who is growing increasingly worried about Jack.

Enjoy the sunshine. And be aware of schedule changes during all this sports nonsense!

Until next time…
