Happy April Fool’s Day Walfordians! Unfortunately, Martin Fowler‘s death wasn’t a massive prank – and as you’ve seen already, Vicki Fowler is back from Australia, for the first time in over 20 years! What is she up to? Keep an eye on this week and more will be revealed…

Next week we have Martin’s funeral, which is sure to be a heartbreaking affair. Martin was the first baby born on the show: his parents, Pauline and Arthur announced he was coming in the first ever episode, way back in 1985.
To honour Martin’s final moments on the Square, we’re proud to announce our latest EastEnders Epitome article. For those unaware, these articles are more in-depth that their character bios, focussing more on their history on the show! You can access Martin’s new article right here.

Brave Bex is right in front of the ceremony, leading the tributes to her dearly departed dad, as well as comforting mum Sonia. Keep an eye out on Monday – it seems Stacey will also make a guest appearance at the ceremony – which is sure to annoyed arch rival Ruby!
Speaking of Ruby, Louisa Lytton has revealed that she has filmed her final scenes for this most recent stint. Come home soon, Louisa!

So prepare your black ties and shine your shoes… hankies at the ready… This is going to be tough…
Be safe.
