Teddy is thrilled after spending the night with Sharon. The new lovers decide to let their exes know what’s going on. Nicola seizes on this situation by trying to wind Phil up so that he’ll try to sabotage the new relationship.

Nicola’s efforts don’t pay off, but she refuses to back down and pays a visit to Phil at No.55. She’s shocked by what she finds inside.

Meanwhile, Johnny is shocked when Ollie shares some disturbing details of Linda’s drunken behaviour. Johnny tries to make his mum understand the impact of her drinking, but she refuses to listen and decides to go and stay with Sharon.

Elsewhere, Kim and Mo involve the Walford men in a charity calendar photoshoot.

Also today, Yolande discovers details about Pastor Clayton’s funeral, Lauren and Peter try to put last week’s events behind them, and Mo causes a stir by trying to sell Christmas goods at the market without a licence.

After making a surprising discovery at Phil’s house, Nicola promises not to tell anyone. However, she immediately goes back on her word by telling Sharon, hoping to manipulate her and drive a wedge between her and Teddy.

Sharon visits Phil, who brushes off Nicola’s claims. Sharon is sceptical, sensing that something isn’t right with Phil.

Later, Nicola continues to stir up the situation between Teddy and Sharon. She admits to Teddy that she wants another chance to work on their marriage – and it’s not long before she turns back to Phil for support.

Meanwhile, Linda steals booze from the Minute Mart when a concerned Alfie refuses to sell it to her.

Later, Alfie finds that Sharon’s house has been robbed because Linda left the door open. Sharon is shocked when she finds out what has happened.

Elsewhere, Ravi is concerned about Nugget’s whereabouts.

Linda’s drinking continues to have a major impact on those around her. She clashes with Alfie and Johnny, but continues to drink vodka.

Phil and Lauren try to get Linda back on the right track, offering to attend a support meeting with her. When Linda agrees, Johnny is pleased that she wants to recover. Has Linda turned a corner?

Meanwhile, Sharon and Phil are both furious over Nicola’s scheming and decide to warn Teddy about what she’s up to. However, the confrontation ultimately leaves Phil even more isolated from the other Mitchells.

Jay senses something isn’t right and visits Phil to find out what’s wrong, but his digging for information doesn’t go down well.

Elsewhere, Ian presents his family with outfits for the Beale’s Eels Santa float.

Elaine arrives back following her honeymoon and is shocked over recent events with Linda.

Elaine vows to get Linda back on track, but a shocking and devastating day follows. Changing tactics, Elaine decides to give Linda a final ultimatum.

Meanwhile, Ruby visits Walford to find Martin after a change in their son’s condition. Martin ruins his opportunity to make amends with Ruby, but he later heads to the hospital to apologise.

Elsewhere, Lauren continues to struggle but takes it as a sign when she feels her baby kick for the first time.

Also today, Phil rejects a chance to confide in Jay. He also receives an invite from Teddy to join his family on Christmas Day.

Finally, Kim tries to get a choir together for the Christmas Eve concert.
