Trevor Morgan was one of those EastEnders characters you loved to hate. The abusive husband of Little Mo Slater, Trevor was a violent and deceitful man who made life a living hell for his wife. Despite his smooth-talking charm, he was nothing more than a coward, always careful to stay on the good side of local tough guy Phil Mitchell. Little Mo, at the end of her tether, finally fought back, taking matters – and an iron – into her own hands. Even after she struck him, Trevor wouldn’t stay down, returning to terrorize the Slater family further.

Trevor’s story began with his abusive behaviour towards Little Mo when she agreed to return to him in December 2000 after a separation. Despite promises to change, he quickly resumed his violent ways, isolating her from her family. The cycle of abuse continued, with Trevor humiliating and beating Little Mo, only to apologize and beg for forgiveness. His true nature was revealed through various horrific acts, including burning her with an iron and raping her as punishment for defying him.

Trevor’s reign of terror culminated in a dramatic and deadly showdown. After holding Little Mo hostage and setting their house ablaze, Trevor’s time in Albert Square came to a fiery end. While Little Mo was rescued by neighbour Tom Banks, Trevor perished in the blaze, taking Tom down with him. His chilling stare and menacing presence haunted the Square long after his death, a grim reminder of the havoc he wreaked.
