Connor Stanley, a mate of Billie Jackson from their days in Balham, brought a whirlwind of drama to Albert Square. Alongside his gang members Kylie and Mitch Gannon, Connor first made an impression when Whitney Dean came looking for Billie. The gang attacked her, but later made amends in Walford, although their antics continued. From stealing tequila at The Queen Vic to spraying graffiti, Connor and Kylie seemed to revel in chaos, often leaving Whitney and Billie to face the fallout.

Things took a darker turn when the gang decided to rob the pub using a fake gun. They got away with the money, but tensions rose when Billie realized Kylie had found the real gun he’d hidden. A showdown ensued, with Billie choosing Whitney over the gang, leading Kylie to try and shoot him at a family party. Instead, Jack Branning was the one who took the bullet. With Kylie arrested, Connor continued his reckless path.

Billie’s birthday party was another disaster waiting to happen. Connor and his friends brought a heap of alcohol, and the next morning, Billie was found dead. Carol Jackson, devastated, blamed Connor for her son’s death and banned him from the funeral. Despite this, Connor and the gang showed their respect as the hearse passed. An intense encounter with Carol followed, leading to a moment of unexpected intimacy between them. Connor’s messy entanglement with Carol and her family only deepened from there.

Living with Carol and Glenda Mitchell, Connor’s life remained chaotic. He started stealing cars for Phil Mitchell and was kicked out after cannabis was found in the flat. Though Carol initially defended him, she ultimately threw him out after discovering stolen jewellery. Connor’s involvement with Phil’s shady dealings led to further conflict, especially when Jay Brown beat him up over underpaid cash. Connor’s flirtation with Whitney Dean and their subsequent partnership in selling stolen jewellery only added to the drama. Bianca’s interference led to Phil beating Connor, but Carol’s intervention brought him back to her flat, reigniting their complicated relationship.

Connor’s double-dealings with both Carol and Whitney eventually came to light, resulting in a brutal attack by Bianca that left him hospitalized.
