Sent by Linda Carter to help out at The Queen Vic, Harry, or Woody as he preferred, quickly became a familiar face behind the bar. With his slick hair and even slicker moves, he was always ready to lend a hand – or stir up a bit of mischief. Woody’s knack for mixing cocktails and organizing events made him a hit with the locals, even if his methods were sometimes a bit louder than Mick would have liked.

Woody’s time in Walford was anything but boring. He had a brief fling with Tina Carter, which, unsurprisingly, led to some awkward moments given the close-knit nature of the Carter family. But it was his relationship with Whitney Dean that brought the romance. Woody’s attempts to support Whitney through her divorce from Lee Carter showed his softer side, even if his plans didn’t always go smoothly.

As the Carters struggled to keep The Queen Vic afloat, Woody found himself caught in the middle of the power struggle between them and Willmott-Brown. His loyalty to the Carters was tested, but he managed to navigate the tricky waters with his usual charm and wit. Whether he was firing long-serving barmaid Tracey or dealing with the fallout from unpaid bills, Woody always had a plan – though not always a good one.

Woody’s charm couldn’t hold him up forever though. After being caught with money stolen from E20, he fled to Spain, leaving broken hearts and a trail of chaos behind him.
