Violet Highway certainly made her presence felt. With her sharp tongue and even sharper wit, Vi quickly became a force to be reckoned with, leaving a trail of memorable moments and a few ruffled feathers in her wake.

Vi first rolled into the Square for her grandson Callum’s wedding, and let’s just say she didn’t exactly blend into the background. Her quick remarks and blunt honesty made her an instant hit (or miss, depending on who you ask) with the locals. But beneath that tough exterior, Vi’s heart was always in the right place, even if her methods were a bit extreme!.

Family drama is Vi’s bread and butter, and she brought plenty of it to Walford. From her strained relationship with her son Jonno, who threw her out of her home, to the revelation of a long-lost son, Christopher, whom she had given up for adoption, Vi’s life has been anything but boring. Her bond with her grandsons, Stuart and Callum, has been a rollercoaster of emotions, with Vi often stepping in to offer her unique brand of tough love.

When Stuart was reluctant to undergo treatment for cancer, it was Vi who gave him the push he needed, proving that her tough exterior hides a fiercely protective and loving grandmother. She helped him recover and left Walford, hoping to track down Christopher and reunite with the son she never knew.
