Robbie’s early days were marked by teenage antics and a series of less-than-successful career choices. From managing the local video rental store to working as a market road sweeper, Robbie’s job history reads like a who’s who of Walford’s odd jobs. But it was his bond with his trusty dog, Wellard, that truly endeared him to the residents of the Square. Together, they were an inseparable duo, with Wellard often stealing the show (and the occasional sausage from the market).

Romance has never been straightforward for Robbie. His crush on Sarah Hills led to a dramatic misunderstanding, resulting in a hospital stay and a splenectomy when her dad Ted flung him down the stairs! But Robbie’s heart remained resilient. His engagement to Kerry Skinner ended in heartbreak when he discovered her infidelity, but Robbie bounced back, proving that you can’t keep a good Jackson down for long. He charmed Minute Mart worker Nita Misty, bonded with her son Anish and they started a life together, moving to India.

Family has always been at the heart of Robbie’s story. As the son of Carol Jackson and half-brother to Bianca, Sonia, and Billie, Robbie’s loyalty to his family has been unwavering. Whether he’s supporting Bianca through her many dramas or helping Sonia with her latest crisis, Robbie’s dedication to his loved ones is a testament to his big heart and even bigger sense of duty. He still pops back to Walford every now and then – you can take Robbie out of Walford, but not Walford out of Robbie!
