There’s an air of danger to Suki Panesar and you can’t quite place it. Certainly her no-nonsense attitude and aversion to telling the truth didn’t make her many allies or friends when she first arrived in 2020, but as time has gone on, we’ve realised that Suki was Nish’s first victim. She is the way she is, because she has to be.

But there was something about Suki. She knew she was different and that Nish wasn’t just unattractive because he was a violent, bigoted thug. No, Suki was into the ladies, but was never allowed, either through her culture or her marriage, to be anything other than content with servitude and child-rearing.

That was before Eve. With Eve’s confidence rubbing off on her, Suki is finally comfortable to be honest with herself and her family. She’s stared down Nish and deftly helped the Six cover up their crime like she’s an old hat at it.

Now Nish is dead and Suki has finally married the love of her life. But this is Walford… what could possibly go wrong next?
