Honey Mitchell may come across as a bit ‘away with the fairies’ but that just means she’s thinking hard about something. She’s actually remarkably adept at her job – as the market inspector she runs a tight ship and as a mother to Janet and William, she’s the best there is!

But her weakness? It’s husband Billy. They’re joined at the hip and despite being together and falling apart more than once, the happy couple are getting ready to walk up the aisle again.

She’s now Peggy’s very different replacement as Queen of the Mitchells – but as Phil has learned, cross her at your peril – Honey has a way of even putting the mighty Phil in his place!
