Avani Nandra-Hart arrived in Albert Square with her mother, Priya and received a massive response from her father Ravi Gulati – as he had no idea she existed! 

Raised by her mother with very little in the way of wealth, Avani has learned that if you want something in life you have to grab it and make it yours – whether you have the money for it or not! She’s already a troublemaker, selling vapes to Will Mitchell and getting involved in various schemes!

Her relationship with her father, Ravi, is complicated: he dotes on her, but she doesn’t know what being in a family is like and hasn’t let her guard down much.

We hope she does soon though. Her relationship with older boy Mason suggested that Avani may be trying to run before she can walk – and she may very well put herself in danger trying to prove it.
